EMC provides engineering and consulting services for management and compliance with regulatory requirements for stormwater permitting.  Stormwater permitting services offered by EMC include:
preparation of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) individual and general permit applications,
water sampling associated with NPDES permits, and
preparation of best management practices (BMP) plans.
